Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Naturenow, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund as per the policy below.
1. Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within **48 hours (2 days)** of receiving your order.

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. > Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
2. Eligible Return Conditions
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product damaged during transit
- Product has manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- All tags, labels, seals, manuals, and accessories must remain intact
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Used, opened, or tampered products
- Products without original packaging
- Products with removed labels or seals
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence
4. Return Approval Process
Once we receive your request:

After inspection of the returned product, we will confirm the replacement or refund approval.

Approved replacements are generally processed within **5–7 business days** after successful inspection of the returned item.
6. Refund Policy
Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer within 10–14 working days after receiving valid bank account details from the customer.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Naturenow reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

- Payment verification issues
- Technical errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
